An Afternoon Reading and Discussion
Featuring Terry Farish, author of The Good Braider

Please join us as Terry Farish, the New Hampshire-based author of The Good Braider, reads from her work and engages in discussion of the book and its emotionally affecting content.

The Good Braider is a story in free verse about the journey of Viola, a Sudanese girl, who flees the horrors of Sudan’s civil war with her family and eventually finds herself in cold, alien, Portland, Maine.
