Help Save Mechanics Hall

The Friends of Mechanics Hall is a new volunteer organization dedicated to saving Princeton’s oldest municipal building.  Its goal is to stop further deterioration of this historic landmark and explore options for restoration and reuse. While complete restoration of Mechanics Hall will be costly, FMH believes its preservation can be accomplished in phases, aided by hands-on involvement and activism. An April grounds clean-up event drew enthusiastic volunteers and strong support from all over Princeton. FMH meets once a month; Friends receive e-mail notification of these meetings.  Membership is free, but FMH welcomes donations of any amount.

To become a Friend:

Go to www.mechanicshall.net, click on the “Join Us” tab and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirming e-mail.

Or send your name, e-mail, telephone and address to Friends of Mechanics Hall, 104 Main Street, Princeton, MA 01541.
